  • Motorola One Vision: 21:9 screen and 48 MP camera

After a series of leaks, Motorola has officially introduced a new smartphone called One Vision. This is a mid-level model that has received a number of interesting features. Among them, there is a screen with a non-standard aspect ratio of 21:9 and a hole for the front camera, an advanced dual main camera with a resolution of 48 MP and an eight-core processor from Samsung.

Motorola One Vision meets the user with an elongated 6.3-inch display with full HD+ resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio. Due to this format, the screen should display more content in the browser and social networks. Instead of the traditional cutouts for the front camera with a resolution of 25 MP, a small round hole was made in the upper left corner.

On the reverse side, there is a fingerprint scanner in the recess with the Motorola logo and a dual main camera in the corner. It consists of a 48-megapixel Samsung sensor with Quad-Bayer technology for shooting in 12-megapixel mode with a lack of lighting and an additional 5-megapixel depth sensor for blurring the background in portrait mode. To improve the quality of the photo, artificial intelligence functions and a special night mode are used. It is important to note that the main camera has an optical image stabilization system to compensate for hand shake.

As a processor for Motorola One Vision, the manufacturer unexpectedly gave preference to Exynos 9609 from Samsung. It is a mid-range chipset with four high-performance Cortex-A73 cores (2.2 GHz) and four energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores (1.7 GHz). The amount of RAM is 4 GB, and the built-in drive-128 GB expandable microSD cards.

The battery capacity of 3500 mAh supports a proprietary fast charging TurboPower capacity of 15 watts.

    Motorola One Vision

Motorola One Vision runs the Android Pie operating system without add-ons from the manufacturer and is available as part of the Android One program. That means it will get two major Android updates and monthly security patches over the next three years.

The new product is available in blue and copper colors at a price of €300/$335 depending on the region.
