In mid-April, iQOO officially introduced the most affordable smartphone based on the flagship platform Snapdragon 865, the Neo 3 model. The gadget was so interested in buyers that just 30 minutes after the start of sales, the company sold the first batch of 100 million yuan.
Sales of the new product started on April 29. According to the statistics provided by the brand, iQOO employees registered sales of 100 million yuan within 30 minutes.
The flagship is interesting because, in addition to supporting 5G networks, it runs on the top Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 platform and is offered with various amounts of RAM and internal memory. One of the key highlights of the Neo 3 was a 6.57-inch display with a resolution of 2408x1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
On the back of the device is the main camera, represented by three sensors with a maximum resolution of 48 MP. The gadget is powered by a 4500 mAh battery with support for fast charging of up to 44 watts. Also worth noting is the use of flash memory of the latest UFS 3.1 standard and compatibility with the Wi-Fi 6 wireless protocol.
For the iQOO Neo 3 5G version with 6/128 GB of memory, the company set a price tag of $380. A modification with 8/128 GB is priced at $423, a model with 12/128 GB of memory costs $465, and a smartphone with 8/256 GB costs $480.
