More and more information about the upcoming line of "Apple" smartphones is leaked to the network. Now the string of rumors about the iPhone 12 has been supplemented by the cost of new products. According to the received data, due to the expansion of the model range, Apple will make some changes in the pricing of its future devices. In particular, this will affect the most "popular" version.
According to an insider, the price of the new 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro with support for fifth-generation networks and lidar, as in the latest iPad Pro, will start at $999. Its enlarged version, a direct successor to last year's 6.7-inch iPhone 11 Pro Max, will cost from $1099.
The regular iPhone 12 will reportedly be available in two sizes: with a display diagonal of 5.4 and 6.1 inches. The smaller model will allegedly cost from $649. The price of the 6.1-inch iPhone 12, according to the source, will start at $749. This is $50 more compared to last year's iPhone 11 with the same screen, which became the most popular smartphone out of the entire line. At the same time, both iPhone 12 models should get OLED screens and 5G support.
Whether the above-mentioned price tags will correspond to reality will become known only at the presentation of new products later this year, which, as previously reported, will take place with a shift in the usual schedule.
