Xiaomi has released a new test build of the global version of MIUI. The developers have added a lot of useful innovations related to the user interface, privacy, creating screenshots and notifications.
One of the main changes in MIUI Global Beta 9.6.13 was the ability to blur applications in the multitasking menu. In the home screen settings, the user can choose which programs to apply the option to. This allows you to hide private information from prying eyes. For example, if you “block” the gallery application, no one will accidentally see your photos.
The second important change was the support of quick responses from the notification center. This function has long been in pure Android and now will work on devices Xiaomi. As in the case of the previous innovation, the option can be enabled for each application separately. The function allows you to respond to incoming messages directly from the notification center.
Xiaomi is also busy simplifying the work with screenshots. Immediately after creating a snapshot, it is displayed in miniature in the upper corner with the ability to make a “long screenshot” or share an image. Clicking on the floating window opens the editing menu, from where you can save the image to the gallery or delete it.
In addition, Xiaomi also added fingerprint authorization in third-party applications such as Paytm and Google Pay.
