    The first case of infection with the Covid-19 acute-infectious coronavirus was detected in Croatia, the Croatian television and radio company HRT reported on Tuesday, citing the country's Minister of Health, Vili Beros.

    According to the minister, the infected man, a resident of the Croatian capital Zagreb, visited Milan, Italy. At the same time, Beros tried to calm the country's Populations.

    "This disease is similar to the flu. No higher incidence or complications are expected. Health authorities are ready to do everything to ensure the safety of our people, " he said.

    Croatia became the first country in the Balkans to be infected with the "Wuhan" virus.

    In addition, on Tuesday, it also became known that two cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Austria in the federal state of Tyrol. This was reported by the ORF TV channel.

    According to him, both patients are 24 years old, they are Italians who live in the city of Innsbruck. Both men went to the doctor themselves with a fever, they are currently isolated in a clinic in Innsbruck.

    According to the latest data, in the world the number of people infected with coronavirus exceeded 80 thousand, deaths were recorded in more than 2.7 thousand cases.
