    The Linkedin profile of Microsoft product Manager Naim Ayat talks about working on Windows Core OS, which is the basis for future versions of Windows 10, the Windows Mixed Reality platform (HoloLens), and the Xbox software. This once again confirms that this OS is being developed with support for a variety of devices, including personal computers, augmented and mixed reality helmets, and game consoles.

    According to rumors, Windows Core OS will be a modular operating system with an interactive Composable Shell, which, thanks to its versatility, will be able to adapt to literally any type of device. However, at the moment this is all available information.

    You can also find out from Naim Ayat's profile that he is currently working on Windows 10X, created for devices with two displays like the Surface Neo. Its release is scheduled for the end of 2020.
