LG has announced a list of smartphones that will update to Android 10

According to the Italian division of LG, the owners of the V50 ThinQ, for which the beta version of Android 10 appeared a few months ago, will receive stable firmware in February. Next in line will be the G8X ThinQ, for which the update is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020. In the third quarter, updates should receive the LG G7 ThinQ, G8S ThinQ, and V40 ThinQ. Finally, the LG K50S, K40S, K50 and Q60 (mid-range models released in early 2019) will receive Android 10 in the last quarter of 2020.

Together with Android 10, owners of the above smartphones will receive an updated UX 9.0 user interface, adapted for one-handed control, a dark theme, a redesigned application permissions system and a desktop mode similar to Samsung’s DeX.
