New items are presented by a series of processors Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7, which, depending on the modification, can have up to 4 cores and 8 threads. The maximum frequency of such CPUs in boost mode reaches 4.1 GHz. The integrated Intel Iris Plus graphics card accelerates to 1.1 GHz.

The processors of the Ice Lake line are made using a 10-nm process. The manufacturer emphasizes the high energy efficiency of the line, which can extend the battery life of laptops.

According to Intel, the use of the integrated Intel Iris Plus GPU on the Gen11 graphics architecture doubled the performance compared to comparable previous-generation CPU models. They are able to handle graphics processing in games of the level of Fortnite and Dirt Rally 2.0 in Full HD resolution.

The declared processing power of the GPU is 1 teraflop. Among the multimedia features of new products - editing video with a resolution of 4K and processing photos in high resolution on thin compact laptops.

Intel Deep Learning Boost technology, supported by Intel Gaussian and Neural Accelerator (GNA) technologies, increases the speed of neural computing when processing graphics and performing background tasks, including voice processing when working with the Cortana voice assistant.

The tenth generation of Intel processors supports the modern wireless standard for Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax data transmission, which allows you to increase the speed of your Internet connection by three times compared to the popular 802.11ac. Support for up to four Thunderbolt 3 ports means that users can connect more peripherals and external devices, including those requiring high data transfer speeds. The Thunderbolt 3 interface is four times faster than USB 3.1.

Ice Lake processors are already on sale and are available on a number of laptops from various manufacturers.
