“American companies that produce products will be able to sell it to Huawei. I gave them my permission. I like our companies selling something to others. Our companies were very upset, but we are lifting the ban. If it does not harm national security, we allow them to cooperate, ”said Donald Trump.

The US President noted that further discussions on a possible trade agreement with Huawei will be held later. Probably next Tuesday. He does not exclude the complete removal of all trade restrictions from the Chinese company. However, this must be supported by a trade agreement between the United States and Huawei. Donald Trump said he would discuss this issue with the Department of Commerce.

It also became known that Trump and Jinping agreed to resume trade relations between the United States and China. The truce is temporary and all details will be clarified in the course of further negotiations. Donald Trump also promised that the United States would not introduce new trade duties on Chinese goods.
