Following the new laptops and tablets, HUAWEI introduced another version of its smart TV Vision. Before that, it was only available with a diagonal of 65 inches, and now a larger version will be on sale. In comparison with the smaller model, the new product has got some new features.
As already mentioned, previously HUAWEI Vision was released only in the 65-inch version, and now the 75-inch has also appeared on sale. Externally, with the exception of size, it is no different. It uses the same quantum dot matrix with a 100 percent NTSC color gamut and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Declared support for HDR Boost to expand the color range and the use of artificial intelligence to adjust the image.
During the presentation, HUAWEI employees spoke about the possibility of connecting two smartphones to one TV at once. As an example, they showed how this function is used for cooperative games. Support was also announced for controlling the TV using gestures. So, with a wave of your hand, you can scroll or stop playback. It is not clear whether these options will be available on all televisions of the line or only on the 75-inch model.
The new 75-inch HUAWEI Vision will go on sale on December 24 at a price of $1,848. For comparison, a 65-inch model costs about $995. There is still no information on the availability of TVs outside of China.
