FujiFilm has announced the release of the world's most "long-range" surveillance camera. The new product called SX800 with 40-fold optical zoom allows you to clearly see the license plate of the car at a distance of a kilometer, and the person's face - and at a much greater distance.
Fujifilm SX800 is designed for use in border areas, public areas and on the roads. The model is equipped with a lens with a focal length of 20-800 mm, and with the use of an auxiliary digital zoom — up to 1000 mm. the Device uses an optical-mechanical image stabilization system that reacts to the slightest vibration. The camera is able to focus in 0.3 seconds and maintain focus on the subject in real-time even on moving objects. At a distance of 1.5 kilometers, you can see the expression and actions of people.
Special video processing algorithms allow you to work in bad weather — the software compensates for the effect of blur from heat or fog, and the light sensitivity of ISO 819 200 units allows you to consider objects at dusk. The beginning of sales is scheduled for July 26, the price of the new item will be announced by the manufacturer later.
