DJI company continues to improve the line of Steadicams for smartphones, making them more compact and versatile. Another product of the brand is the OSMO Mobile 3 model with improved ergonomics, new design and lower price compared to its predecessor.

The design of Osmo Mobile 3 provides the ability to fold the gadget so that it occupies a minimum of space in a travel bag or backpack. The model has a function of switching the portrait mode in the manual Quick Roll, using which you no longer need to remove the smartphone from the clamp lock.

The autonomy of the Steadicam remained unchanged — all the same, 15 hours from one charge cycle, as in Osmo 2. But from the "childhood diseases" predecessor novelty got rid of: the new design of the stabilizer allows you to easily connect the charging, audio cables and external microphones in any position of the handle.

The functionality of Osmo Mobile 3 almost completely duplicates the capabilities of the previous model. It has several shooting modes: "History", "Sport", TimeLapse, Slow Motion, the possibility of approaching and locking the position of the smartphone, and there is a button to switch to selfie mode. The developers have not forgotten about one of the most popular features of ActiveTrack, which allows you to track the subject and keep it in the center of the frame.

The cost of DJI Osmo Mobile 3 is $119, which is $10 lower than the price tag for the model Osmo 2. For $139 the manufacturer offers a kit consisting of a tripod Osmo Grip Tripod, carrying case and the Steadicam.
