In parallel with the development of OLED-TV evolution is observed in the world of portable projectors. The young company offered a compact solution CIRQ, capable of providing good image quality and compatibility with all popular operating systems, including iOS and Android.
CIRQ sizes are smaller than most modern smartphones. The diameter of the projector is only 13 centimeters, but this does not prevent it from becoming a full-fledged multimedia center. A 200-lumen lamp is responsible for transmitting the image. Built-in lenses are able to project a picture with Full HD resolution and a diagonal of up to six meters.
CIRQ runs on the Android operating system and is compatible with iOS and Android smartphones, as well as macOS and Windows. By default, the projector offers work with Netflix, YouTube, Steam and other streaming services. The device can be controlled either using a smartphone or through the hardware keys located at the top of the CIRQ or the complete Bluetooth control panel with a range of up to 10 meters.
The built-in battery is enough for the projector to operate autonomously for 6 hours when watching video content and up to 50 hours of music playback through the built-in pair of speakers. The gadget supports fast charging technology: in 15 minutes the CIRQ can be charged to a state where it can work for 2 hours without an outlet.
Before the end of the campaign on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform, the CIRQ project had another 28 days. However, the startup has already managed to collect the necessary amount: more than $ 16,000 out of $ 5100 requested at the start. The cost of CIRQ pre-order on Kickstarter is $ 300. The retail price for the gadget will more than double. The company planned its first deliveries in November 2019.
