Soon after a large-scale leak of specifications of the most productive smartphone of the revived Wildfire line, HTC introduced a new product called Wildfire X. the Distinctive features of the device were a large screen, the main camera with optical zoom and a piece of extraordinary equipment at the start of sales.
IPS-display new diagonal of 6.22 inches with HD+ resolution (1520x720 pixels) received a small keyhole for the 8-megapixel front camera. The "core" of the smartphone was the eight-core mobile processor MediaTek Helio P22 with a maximum frequency of 2.0 GHz and graphics accelerator IMG PowerVR GE8320, the amount of RAM is 3 or 4 GB, built — 32 or 128 GB depending on the modification.
On the back cover of the device, there is a triple camera with sensors for 12, 8 and 5 MP — the main sensor, auxiliary with a telephoto lens (double optical zoom) and a depth sensor, respectively. The built-in smartphone battery capacity of 3300 mAh, supports charging power of 10 watts USB Type-C. List of communication modules includes an LTE modem, Bluetooth 4.1, wifi 802.11 ac, GPS and GLONASS. A 3.5 mm audio Jack and FM tuner is provided. The fingerprint scanner on the back panel is used to unlock the device.
Dimensions are 156.7 x 74.94 x 7.95 mm, weight — 172 grams. HTC Wildfire X in the blue case has already gone on sale in the Indian market at a price of $154 and $196 for 3/32 GB and 4/128 GB respectively. The kit also includes an Indian model keychain MyBuddy, which activates the alarm and sends data about the location of its owner to selected contacts in emergency situations.
