Google has unexpectedly announced the release of a new mobile app Gallery Go. It largely repeats the capabilities of the already existing “Photo” service but does not require a constant internet connection to complete the work. In addition, the program takes on a smartphone just 10 MB.
Gallery Go inherited from Google Photos an automatic sorting of photos and videos stored on the device. It collects all the footage in categories, such as "People", "Nature", "Selfie", "Animals", "Documents" and others. If desired, the user can manually group the images.
In addition to smart sorting, the application has an editor through which you can adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, and other parameters of the image. There is also a "magic button" for automatic processing of photos with one click.
First of all, Gallery Go, like other Go applications from Google, is designed for low-cost devices running the Android Go operating system. However, it can be installed by anyone from Google Play. The only requirement is the OS version not lower than Android 8.1 Oreo.
