DisplayMate portal has published detailed test results of Samsung Galaxy Note10+ smartphone display. The flagship product confidently took the top step of the rating of gadgets and the title of the new "king of displays" in the mobile market.
Experts called the 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED-screen Galaxy Note10+ "the most innovative and productive display for smartphones of those that have ever tested the laboratory." The display of the smartphone was evaluated by two dozen parameters and received the highest ratings in 13 categories. Displaymate highlighted the following key features of the new product:
- Record maximum brightness (1308 nits)
- Absolute color accuracy (0.4 JNCD)
- Maximum color gamut (113% DCI-P3 and 142% sRGB)
- High pixel density (498 PPI)
- Nominally Infinite Contrast
According to the results of the study, Samsung Galaxy Note10+ received maximum ratings in almost all test parameters, with the exception of blue shift at a viewing angle of 30 degrees - this figure was 4.5 JNCD. The bottom line is DisplayMate's highest A + rating.
According to company experts, OLED technology has undergone major changes in less than 10 years. If in 2010 the Google Nexus One equipped with an OLED display took the last place in the laboratory quality rating, then this year Samsung Galaxy Note10+ with OLED became the undisputed leader.
