In the Windows 10 update, which is scheduled for spring 2020, Microsoft has promised to implement the ability to self-select the installation of Paint and WordPad applications. Users who do not need this SOFTWARE will be able to refuse its installation.
Such changes will appear in the Assembly of Windows 10 20H1 Build 18963, the release of which is scheduled for spring 2020 and will be the first major update of the operating system in the new year. Installing Paint and WordPad will be optional.
Both applications appeared in the list of the "Additional features" section. It provides self-service installation and removal of utilities such as Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player. With the appearance of Paint and Wordpad in this section, users can delete them by selecting only one menu item. The new Assembly will also implement the ability to re-restore applications.
