The collection of leaked images of the unannounced flagship Huawei P40 Pro was supplemented by industry insider Teme (@RODENT950), who published a series of high-quality renderings of the gadget "in full growth" on both sides. The new images fully revealed the intended design of the device, including previously unknown details about the design features of the model.
Judging by the published images, the new product will be equipped with a display, curved on four sides and a slightly protruding frame, presumably performing the role of a protective bumper. It is noteworthy that the renderers are almost invisible "chin", although earlier representatives of the company reported that they do not plan to abandon this element because of the "risk of accidental clicks".
Another important addition to previous leaks was the appearance of a cutout in the upper left corner of the display for a dual selfie camera. This does not contradict previously published images of protective glass - according to network sources, the cut will be made in the matrix of the device, and the glass surface will protect the sensors from scratches. The diagonal of the screen of the new product, according to available information, will be from 6.5 to 6.7 inches.
On the back panel is a rectangular camera module with five lenses. The gadget is credited with ultra-wide-angle optics and a "periscope" lens with a tenfold optical zoom. Nearby are the LED flash and ToF sensor, as well as a fifth camera, presumably intended for macro photography.
It is expected that the smartphone based on the mobile platform Kirin 990 5G will receive at least 8 GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 128 GB, as well as Android 10 branded shell EMUI. The presentation of Huawei P40 Pro, P40 and P40 Lite will be held in Paris in March 2020.
