According to the source, AMD is preparing to release two CPU models at once: Ryzen 5 3500X and Ryzen 5 3500. Both processors will receive 6 cores and 6 threads. The clock frequency of both versions will be 3.6 GHz (4.1 GHz in boost mode), the thermal package is 65 watts. The difference between them will be in the cache size: 32 and 16 MB, respectively.
According to the published images, the processors will receive 24 PCIe 4.0 lanes and support for 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM. The expected price of the Ryzen 5 3500X is $ 150, the Ryzen 5 3500 is supposed to cost $ 130. The exact date of the announcement of new products by the manufacturer has not been announced.
