Published renders of Samsung Galaxy Book S
Famous insider Evleaks has published three renders of Samsung's new gadget. It was Galaxy Book S. Unlike last year's Galaxy Book 2, the novelty is a laptop, not a tablet with a plug-in keyboard.
The computer screen is framed by thin frames with the company logo on the bottom edge. On the left side of the case, you can see 3.5 mm headphone Jack and USB Type-C port.
According to entries in the Geekbench database, the Samsung Galaxy Book S is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and runs out of the box on Windows 10. Samsung may unveil the Galaxy Book S at IFA 2019 in Berlin. It will be held in early September. The cost of the laptop is not disclosed.
Huawei Mate X goes on sale in September
Huawei Mate X, the first Chinese smartphone with a foldable design and 5g support, will be released next month. This was said at the last Huawei Developer Conference. The limited edition of Mate X will go on sale, which is due to the production capacity of the company and the reluctance to face massive problems when using. Huawei Mate X was originally scheduled to launch in June, but after news of Samsung Galaxy Fold issues, the release was pushed back.
In the unfolded position, the Huawei Mate X is a small tablet with an 8-inch (2480x2200) AMOLED display and thin frames. If you fold the device in half, it turns almost frameless to 6.6-inch (2480х1148, 19,5:9) or of 6.38-inch (2480х892, 25:9) the mobile — use the device by any party. Huawei Mate X is built on the basis of the flagship processor Kirin 980 and is equipped with 8 GB of RAM. Inside there are two batteries with a total capacity of 4500 mAh with support for the world's fastest charging capacity of 55 W — in 30 minutes the smartphone will be charged at 85%.
The expected cost of Huawei Mate X €2299.
Samsung confirmed super-fast charging in Galaxy Note10
Less than two days separate us from the premiere of Galaxy Note10 and Galaxy Note10+. And although almost all the chips of the devices are already known to us, Samsung continues to hint at some options of phablets. For example, the description of the event Galaxy First Look says that Note10 will get a fast-charging Superfast Charge.
The current charging technology is called Adaptive Fast Charge and develops a power of 15 watts. This year Galaxy Note10 may receive a charging wire connector, the USB Type-C power up to 45 W or by air using the wireless storage — up to 20 watts.
According to insiders, Samsung Galaxy Note10+ will have a battery of 4300 mAh, which is 300 mAh more than last year's model. At the same time, the Galaxy Note10 will provide a modest 3600 mAh battery.
Huawei has registered unusual names for three smartphones
Last week, Huawei Technologies received a document confirming the right to use the trade names Huawei P300, Huawei P400 and Huawei P500. We are talking about smartphones, which is directly indicated by the granted patents.
It is not clear which line will include these models. It can be renamed flagships P40 or Mate 40, and brand new gadgets, such as camera phones with simplified hardware filling and reduced price.
