A collection of smart home devices from Xiaomi has been enriched with Smartmi Smart Heater. Unlike the recently introduced models resembling traditional radiators, the new product has an atypical design for this class of devices. In addition, the gadget supports intelligent control.
Smartmi Smart Heater uses a highly efficient ceramic PTC heating element, which quickly heats the air passing through it. According to the manufacturer, the selected temperature is reached in just 10 seconds, and warm air is supplied at an angle of 90 degrees, after which it spreads throughout the room.
The heater supports two operating modes - with the supply of warm and hot air - as well as a four-step adjustment to adjust depending on the environment and various weather conditions. The heater power is 2000 watts, and due to the special design of the fan impellers, the maximum noise during operation reaches 35.6 dB.
The heater is controlled via buttons on the case, remote control, MIJIA mobile application and voice commands (using a smart speaker). The device is also able to work together with a Smartmi humidifier and MIJIA air purifier to control the temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the air in the room.
Xiaomi Smartmi Smart Heater goes on sale on December 8 at a price of about $113.
