Together with the flagship smartphone HONOR V30, many other innovations were presented at the presentation in China, including the Hunter gaming router. It is able to work in three ranges, can analyze running titles and has other modern features for comfortable play on different devices.
As the manufacturer assures, this is the world's first router capable of "communicating" directly with the processor inside the mobile device. The use of proprietary algorithms allows it to automatically detect the game running on the smartphone (about 3000 titles are supported) and optimize the transmission of traffic to achieve the best effect.
The router is capable of operating in three bands: 2.4 GHz, 5GHz and another independent and interference-free 5GHz channel dedicated specifically to gaming. In addition, data transfer to one device is carried out simultaneously on 2.4 and 5 GHz. All this helps to minimize latency, packet loss, and other factors that affect gameplay in online games.
HONOR Hunter is built on a Quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.4 GHz and is equipped with 256 MB of RAM. The maximum bandwidth is 2100mbps. Minimum latency improves not only the gaming experience but also the interaction between smart devices with an Internet connection. Management of the router is carried out using a special mobile application in which you can configure the network, set restrictions for children and more.
In China, HONOR Hunter will cost about $64. Availability in other regions has not yet been reported.
