Together with the new flagship Nex 3 smartphone, Vivo introduced the TWS Earphone, its first fully wireless headset. According to the manufacturer, it took 2 years to develop them, during which thousands of people were interviewed so that engineers could create the most universal form. In addition, these are the first Qualcomm flagship chip headphones.
Vivo TWS Earphone built on the basis of the flagship dual-core processor Qualcomm QCC5126 for headphones. Compared to its predecessor, its performance has increased by 100%. As a result, the delay in sound transmission is reduced by 44%, and power consumption - by 30%. Connecting to a smartphone via Bluetooth 5.0. There is support for aptX and AAC.
The headphones use speakers large enough for their size of 14.2 mm. The manufacturer claims that he had to interview about six thousand respondents to achieve a shape that would be suitable for most types of ears. In this regard, the " leg " was shortened in comparison with analogs, which allowed to reduce the size of the accessory and shift the center of gravity, thereby increasing the convenience of use. The weight of each earphone is only 4.4 grams.
From one charge Vivo TWS Earphone can work up to 4 hours in music playback mode. At the same time, only 15 minutes of recharging is enough for 2 hours of additional work. Taking into account recharging from the case, the overall autonomy of the headphones reaches 24 hours.
The Vivo TWS Earphone will go on sale in China on September 28 for $ 141.
