Jabra has announced a new model of elite headphones. Jabra Elite 85h combines active noise reduction and SmartSound technology, using artificial intelligence to analyze the sounds of the environment and further automatically adjust the nature of the sound. Buyers will also appreciate the impressive battery life — up to 41 hours.
The active noise reduction (ANC) system in the Jabra Elite 85h works in such a way that the headphones literally eavesdrop on the surrounding sounds and adjust the playback character to achieve the best sound. The model includes eight microphones working in different combinations: four of which are used for noise reduction, two-hybrid for calls and ANC, six — for calls. The headphones are compatible with voice assistants such as Google Assistant, Siri, and Alexa.
The peculiarity of the Elite 85h model is that the user can adjust the parameters of music playback by creating their own presets in the proprietary Jabra Sound+application. There are three preset modes to choose from by default: On people, On the way to work or home, and At home.
According to the manufacturer, the new product can work up to 41 hours with the ANC off and up to 36 hours with the ANC on. At the same time, for 5 hours of use, it is enough to charge the headphones for only 15 minutes. You can monitor the battery status in the Jabra Sound+app. A built-in ear detection system automatically pauses or starts music playback to save battery.
