Huami has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for the release of Amazfit ZenBuds TSW headphones, announced earlier at CES 2020. The original accessory is not used to listen to music at all - it is designed for people who have trouble sleeping. In just two days, the new product collected 10 times the amount required to start production.
A special application for the headphones contains soothing melodies and sounds of nature, as well as instructions for performing breathing exercises that contribute to falling asleep. The novelty, according to the creators, is practically imperceptible when used due to the softness and flexibility of the design, as well as its low weight - 1.78 grams for each headphone.
In addition, the Amazfit ZenBuds come with four sizes of elastic silicone earbuds that fit snugly against your ear and do not fall out overnight.
The declared autonomy of the accessory on a single charge is up to 12 hours in standard mode, including up to three hours of listening to tunes, and up to 8 hours with continuous playback. Given the battery capacity of the complete case, this time increases to 56 hours. Amazfit ZenBuds also has an alarm function.
The new headphones, which have raised over $270,000 in investment with the requested $20,000, will be available in early September 2020. According to the terms of pre-order, the price of inserts in the basic configuration is $69, and at the end of the investment collection, it will increase to $149.
