Driver 2 received an unofficial PC port for its 20th anniversary

Recommended Posts

A team of enthusiasts has developed the open-source native PC port of Driver 2 through so-called reverse engineering. The first public release is timed to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the game.

The original Driver 2 was released in November 2000 only for the PlayStation, and in 2002, Driver 2 Advance was released for the Game Boy Advance.

Among the features of their project, the authors highlight improvements in graphics and gameplay, support for 60 frames per second, and bug fixes.

You will need Driver 2 on the disc to play the game to transfer the game files to your computer. Full installation instructions can be found here.
